1. Are food and drink allowed inside the Arena?
Outside food and drink are prohibited inside the Arena (except for bottled water). We ask guests to consume these items at the picnic area outside the venue.

3. What items are permitted inside the Arena?

Diaper bags (any size), child must be present

4. Is cash accepted at the Arena?
MouseCop Arena @ THS is a cashless venue. Only debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods (such as Apple & Google Pay) will be accepted. This includes concessions, merchandise, box office, and parking sales.
5. Where can I park/How much is parking?
On-site parking is $20 for MouseCop games. Pricing for other events may vary. The Arena is served by two parking lots. Lot A at Dorothy Ln, and Lot B at Hale Ave.
Please refrain from parking at Cal State Fullerton lots, as these lots require a parking permit.
6. Are there rideshare drop off points?
Yes. rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop off points are located along the East entrance of the Arena. Please note that drop off points are only present at the Dorothy Ln parking lot.
7. Is there a code of conduct for fans?

Guests will be treated in a fair, professional, and courteous manner by all members of MouseCop Arena / Troy High School personnel.

Guests will enjoy events free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language, and obscene gestures.

Guests who engage in throwing of objects or any other behavior which is deemed disruptive to other fans will be subject to immediate ejection from the Arena

Guests will not enter the playing court at anytime. Those who do so will be ejected and subject to arrest.

Guests will comply with all requests from MouseCop Arena / Troy High School personnel.

Guests are welcome to enter with bags that conform to the bag policy (see permitted items). All bags are subject to search prior to entering the Arena.
8. Are there accessible seating options?
Yes. The Americans with Disabilities Act and several California State Laws were enacted to promote equal access for everyone. MouseCop Dodgeball LP strives to provide accessible seating to our patrons needing specific accommodations and to ensure that wheelchair-accessible locations are reserved for guests who require such an accommodation. Upon your arrival at the Arena, please don't hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.
9. Am I allowed to leave the venue and return?
Yes. Please make sure you receive a hand stamp on your way out. Present your hand stamp to the Arena staff upon your return.
10. Are there designated smoking areas?
No. The Arena and the surrounding campus of Troy High School is a smoke free zone. Violators will be asked to leave the property and are subject to a fine.
11. Is tailgating permitted?
Tailgating and alcohol are prohibited campus wide.
